Oat & Carob

1 – Wash your hands and carefully clean all used kitchen utensils.
2 – Add the prepared milk or a clean suitable drinking water to a pot and heat it then simmer for 2-3 min.
3 – Remove water/milk from heat and let it cool down till 50°C. Add the recommended amount of oat cereals in a bowl and stir it with the cooled water / milk until totally dissolved.
4 – Check the oatmeal’s consistency, if it is too thick, a small amount of water is added to make it more suitable.

You can add Natura Spoon’s fruits puree to the oat meals. It will be nutritious and delicious.

Natura Spoon Oat Cereal should be prepared only in a meal plate. Always feed the oatmeal with a spoon and prepare it fresh for each meal.
